Delivery is normally made within 2-3 weeks of receiving the order. There may be occasions when we can offer a shorter delivery time, but please contact us first to discuss.
The majority of the bike is delivered assembled, although there is a small amount of bike set-up that the customer will need to do. The following link will take you to our YouTube video, which demonstrates what to do should you need any help. e-Ranger electric bike set-up
There is no requirement in law to wear a helmet. We do, however, recommend that you do.
Again, there is no legal requirement, but separate bicycle insurance is always a good idea.
This obviously depends on how much and at what power setting you use the motor. In normal circumstances you can easily travel up to 50km.
There is a battery strength indicator fitted to the bike. The battery needs charging when just one light is showing.
To fully charge the battery takes approx 5 hours.
With a little practice, our Stowaway, Jazz and Luna ebikes can be folded and unfolded in around 60 seconds.
Yes, you can come and try a bike at our base in Lincolnshire, or in certain circumstances we can come to you.
