The e-Ranger Cruiser XL Metallic Red e-bike is a great example of a quality built and value for money electric bike. This model is suitable for people who are around 5’10” and over in height.
The step-through frame design makes it easy for getting on and off, and is very comfortable to ride. You can also buy one of our wicker baskets and / or double panniers – combining useful storage with stylish looks.

Pedal Assisted System (PAS)
As soon as you start pedalling, the PAS gives you power smoothly and the 5 separate power levels determine your speed and degree of effort. When you stop pedalling the motor cuts out. An e-Ranger bike can be used as a normal pedal bike when the motor is switched off.

Having seen these bikes online and test ridden them at the Motorhome show in Brockenhurst, we took the plunge and bought 2 cruisers. They are fabulous and make cycling a pleasure again. The bikes are well constructed, easy to unpack and assemble and are super easy to adjust to our individual needs. The lovely Dutch style of sitting upright makes for a more comfortable ride for us when cycling and the boost when you need it makes hills a breeze. We both have back and knee issues and had given up cycling because of this. But now we are back out there and enjoying bike riding again. The guys at the company are lovely and really helpful. We had a little blip with our online order but a quick phone to eranger and it was resolved in minutes. Would thoroughly recommend this company for a great product and service levels.
